LOCATION
Location options include the resort beautiful garden, the 13 km beach or one of our resort’s gardens.
We recommend the wedding ceremony held in the late afternoon just before sunset
to have the beautiful Andaman sunset as backdrop.

CEREMONY
Package includes the venue with podium set-up and flower decoration. A Master of Ceremony will
conduct the wedding vows, which may be adjusted according to the couple requirements.

RECEPTION
We recommend serving cold and refreshing drinks, such as Fruit Daiquiris or
Champagne, which can be served next to the wedding location.

THAI STYLE WEDDING

This traditional Thai ceremony is performed by 3 Buddhist monks. Begins with the monk chanting and
followed by blessing the bride and the groom by linking their heads with joined loops of Sai Mongkon.
The meaning is that the individual identity of the two people is kept but destinies are linked.
Followed by the Head-Monk pouring blessed water over the heads of the bride and groom and
the water is collected in a bowl of ornately arranged flowers. The guests of the bride and the
groom also bless the couple on a water-blessing altar.

CEREMONY
This includes all decorations at your selected venue, such as flowers, set-up for incense and candles,
sitting area for Monks, water blessing altar and decorated entrance arch. Ring exchange is not traditional
for the Buddhist wedding, we would, however provide the required set up should you wish to do so.
